The constrain comes from a certain limitation imposed by certain inbuilt notions, the built in notions, within our own brain. We are conditioned by cause and effect. You would be able to manifest, if you are able to change the structure of cause and effect. You are able to believe in 5000 because you think that is my salary because…. that is also a cause.
